Gimlet

Gimlet pictured in 9oz Rocks glass

2 oz State Line American Gin, London Dry Gin, or Vodka
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup

Glass: Rocks or Coupe
Garnish: Lime Wheel

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Double strain into chilled rocks glass with fresh ice or chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh cut lime wheel.
