Forty Year Spritz for Door Creek Orchard

1 oz State Line Vodka
1 oz Door Creek Apple Cider
1/4 oz Door Creek Cider Syrup
3 oz Los Monteros Cava (or other dry sparkling wine)
3 oz Topo Chico (or other sparkling mineral water)
2 dashes Bittercube Trinity Bitters

Glass: Wine Glass
Garnish: Lemon Peel

Add ingredients to a wine glass filled with ice. Stir to incorporate, top off with ice to fill the glass. Express lemon oil over the top of the cocktail. Cheers to Forty Years!
