2 oz State Line Rum
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Fassionola Syrup

Glass: Hurricane
Garnish: Blown-Out Umbrella Pick

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice, and shake. Dump shaker contents into Hurricane glass and garnish with blown-out umbrella pick.

Ingredients:

120g Passion Fruit Puree
46g Guava Puree
19g Pomegranate Molasses
12g Dried Hibiscus Flowers
200g Granulated Cane Sugar
240g Filtered Water

Process:

Weigh and add ingredients to vacuum seal bag, seal. Sous vide @ 145 degrees for 1 hour. Place in Ice Bath. Once chilled, strain through cheesecloth and/or coffee filter. Store in an airtight container, refrigerate, use within 3 Weeks
