Existing Rendition

2 oz State Line Aquavit
3/4 oz Acid Adjusted Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Drops Bittercube Jamaican #2 Bitters

Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Add all ingredients into your shaking tin, add ice, and shake. Double strain shaking tin into chilled rocks glass with fresh ice. Express & insert grapefruit peel for garnish.

500g Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
20g Citric Acid

Process:

Combine ingredients into large stirring vessel and stir until incorporated.
