2 oz State Line American Gin
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3 Drops Balsamic Vinegar
1 Palmful Fresh Arugula

Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Fresh Arugula

Add arugula into your shaking tin, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, shake until chilled. Double strain into chilled glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh arugula.
