2 oz State Line Rum
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
3 oz Sparkling Mineral Water (we recommend Topo Chico)
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Add State Line Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves into a shaking tin with ice. Shake briefly. Fill your Collins glass with ice & 1oz of sparkling water. Double strain shaking tin contents into glass & top with remaining sparkling water. Brush mint sprig with palm, then garnish.
