3/4oz Dark Rum (we recommend Appleton Estate 8 Year Aged Rum)
3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2oz Orgeat (we recommend Giffard)
1/4oz Orange Liqueur (we recommend Grand Marnier)
1/8oz Simple Syrup
Glass: Double Rocks
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Add all ingredients to shaking tin. Add ice & shake until chilled. Fill Mai Tai or double rocks glass with pebble ice & form small mound. Double strain shaking tin contents over ice. Insert a brushed mint sprig for garnish.
