2 oz State Line Barreled Gin
3/4 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz Honey Syrup

Glass: Martini or Coupe
Garnish: Grapefruit Disc, Expressed

Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and shake until shaker is ice cold. Double strain into chilled coup or martini glass. Express oil from grapefruit disc over cocktail & insert.
