White Russian
1 1/2 oz State Line Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz State Line Vodka
2 1/2 oz Sassy Cow Half & Half
Glass: Rocks or Mug
Garnish: None
Directions: Add ingredients to a shaking or stirring vessel. Stir or shake until vessel is ice cold or to taste. Strain into chilled glass or over fresh ice.
Revovler
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 1/2 oz State Line Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Glass: Martini or Coupe
Garnish: Orange peel, expressed and inserted
Directions: Add all ingredients into your stirring vessel, add ice, and stir until chilled & diluted. Strain into a coupe or martini glass, and garnish with an expressed & inserted orange peel.
Oat Cold
1 oz State Line Vodka
1 oz State Line Coffee Liqueur
2 oz Oatly Barista Edition Oat Milk
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 oz Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
1 eye dropper Bittercube Cherry Bark-Vanilla Bitters
Glass: Coffee Mug
Garnish: None
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice, and shake. Dump contents into mug.
Sassy Nog
1 oz State Line Rum
5 oz Sassy Cow Eggnog
Glass: Rocks or Mug
Garnish: Nutmeg
Directions: Add ingredients to a shaking or stirring vessel. Stir or shake until vessel is ice cold or to taste. Strain into chilled glass or over fresh ice. Garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.
Manhattan Morning
1 3/4 oz Wollersheim Two Mile Bourbon
3/4 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz State Line Coffee Liqueur
2 Drops Bittercube Cherry Bark-Vanilla Bitters
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange Peel
Directions: Add ingredients to a stirring vessel, then add ice. Stir until vessel is ice cold or to taste. Strain into chilled glass or over fresh ice. Garnish with paper thin lime peel.
Espresso Martini
2 oz State Line Vodka
1 oz Espresso
1/2 oz State Line Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
Glass: Martini or Coupe
Garnish: Coffee Beans
Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaking tin. Shake, double strain into your favorite martini glass, and top with 3 coffee beans
Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 1/2 oz State Line Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz State Line Rum
1 1/2 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup*
2 oz Hot Water
2 droppers Bittercube Trinity Bitters
Glass: Your Favorite Mug
Garnish: Pinch of cinnamon
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a tempered (heated) mixing glass and stir. Transfer into your favorite holiday mug and garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
*Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 1/4 cup Water
1 cup Demerara or Raw sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Clove
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
Directions: Combine ingredients in saucepan on medium heat, whisk until all ingredients are incorporated and sugar is dissolved. Cool before using.
