V's Gluten Free was created by Brian and Hannah Detra in March of 2018.

It is named after their daughter, Violet, who has Celiac disease along side her mom, Hannah.

Brian and Hannah were at a fair one day, but Hannah could not safely eat anywhere. That is when V's GF became an idea which turned into a mission.
