Celebrate Mardi Gras with a 5-course dinner at The Wise! There's no better way to spend Fat Tuesday than dining on food and sipping on cocktails straight from the French Quarter.
The Executive Chef, a New Orleans native, will prepare Cajun/Creole inspired dishes paired with three tasty cocktails. (These dishes will include a Satsuma Salad, Shrimp and Goat Cheese Crepes, Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Pecan Pie.)
We are featuring cocktails with State Line Distillery spirits. State Line Distillery proudly distills spirits from Wisconsin-sourced grains and botanicals, using classic Old World methods, from its Madison, WI headquarters.
